Additional charges for services such as meals, laundry, or damage to hotel property will be billed accordingly.

Kindly inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival if you need to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid any cancellation charges.

Room Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed in a room is as per the room category and local fire safety regulations.

Children below a certain age (usually 12 years) may be accommodated free of charge, subject to the room's maximum occupancy.

Noise and Disturbances:

Please respect other guests' comfort and maintain a reasonable noise level in common areas and your room.

Parties or events that may disturb other guests are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces, in compliance with local laws.

Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel building. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets:

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the hotel premises, with the exception of certified service animals.

Damage to Property:

Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be subject to additional charges for repair or replacement.

Safety and Security:

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Please use the in-room safe deposit box to secure your valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
